Shipping and Returns

All scrunchies and Bags are handmade. I ship the orders placed the week prior, Monday-Wednesday of each week which is why turn around time is generally 1-5 Business days. 

I restock each month. 

Please check shop banner for the most accurate TAT as sometimes due to order demand it may be changed to 1-2 weeks. 

Due to weather and other delays times may not be accurate. Please allow 2-6 weeks domestically and 1-3 months internationally.  

Please note 
- Rv Lovely is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail.
- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address. 
- sometimes orders include free products 
- Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed 
- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends 
-Overseas orders may incur customs fees. RV Lovely is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of Rv Lovely's control.

Yes, I do returns on bags, you have 14 day return on bags, purses, totes, etc, 

No, I don't offer returns on Scrunchies or Hair Claws but if you have any issues or concerns with your order please contact me.

If you believe you may have received a faulty item or the item has broken please contact me for a resolution.
